*Responsibilities of a Sales Trainee:*
* Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner and identify potential sales opportunities.

* Respond to customer inquiries, including product questions, pricing, and enrollment.
* Attend and actively participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
* Enhance the customer experience through positive interaction and personalized presentations.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations when handling customer interactions and transactions.
* Strive to meet or exceed performance metrics, sales targets, and customer service standards set by the company.
*Sales Trainee Qualifications:*
* High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
* At least some experience in a customer service based role.
* A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
