What we’re looking for: Rooftop Digital is looking for a Marketing Analyst with business instincts to measure the efficacy of email marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for growth.
As a member of our Analytics Team, you’ll discover meaningful work that makes a positive impact on a global scale.
Successful candidates for this role will have a passion for data, critical thinking skills, problem-solving mentality, curiosity, resourcefulness, and enthusiasm to synthesize data into powerful insights and visualization.
The Marketing Analyst reports to the Director of Marketing Analytics and collaborates with team members across all departments within Rooftop Digital – Data Analytics, Marketing Operations, Mailing Operations and Content Teams.

Leverage analytical, statistical, and programming skills to deliver insights and business tools to drive data-driven decision-making across the marketing organization Collaborate with key stakeholders to continually enhance analytical methods, data-driven business solutions , competitive research and intelligence to meet ever changing business requirements Meet with subject matter experts in different areas of the business, be able to quickly learn the concepts and language relevant to their line of business, and develop an understanding of how their data supports their business processes Develop Executive Dashboards for use across the Marketing Organization to review KPI trends Own the development and implementation of processes to monitor email marketing program performances.
These will include monthly or quarterly or yearly performance reviews.
Collaborate with mailing team members to develop and communicate practical, revenue generating strategies by analyzing predictive marketing performance Proactively find opportunities for process improvements Drive training and use of available analytical tools/reports to help marketing teams better manage and grow our business Additional responsibilities as requested by management Minimum Requirements and Skills: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree preferred or professional work experience equivalence (6+ years) Minimum or 4+ years of experience in analytics focused on Marketing, Sales, Product or Customer analysis and applying advanced predictive algorithms Proficiency in business intelligence and visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools Experience combining business insight with detailed data knowledge and statistical expertise to ensure an accurate interpretation of results Ability to communicate your findings clearly and effectively to a wide audience of relevant partners and are capable of building meaningful presentations and analyses that tell a story Results and proactive solution driven, the ability to think critically to overcome potential business hurdles to complete tasks Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and PowerPoint Customer-centric and keenly aware of market and industry trends Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required Organized with strong project management skills demonstrating initiative and tenacity to begin a project and complete it Detailed oriented Strong analytical, critical thinking and organizational skills Learn more about us: If you are extremely detailed and enjoy the complexities involved with tracking and keeping up with information from various sources, or if you see life as a puzzle and enjoy finding creative ways of piecing that puzzle together, this might be a great opportunity for you.
