About Us: CCI is a nationwide full-service real estate platform focused on acquisition, asset management, property management and development.
We are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals and families by providing affordable housing solutions.
We believe that everyone wants and needs a safe and comfortable place to call home.
Our team is passionate about making this vision a reality, and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Compliance Manager to join us in this important mission.
Our current property portfolio consists of around 8,000 apartments and townhomes, with a particular focus on providing affordable housing for seniors and disabled people.
We also own and manage a diverse and growing portfolio of other real estate assets covering traditional multifamily rentals, office and light industrial uses.
CCI employs around 400 associates in 30 states across the country – and we’re growing! By 2030, we aim to own and/or manage around 20,000 residential units.
As we enter the next phase of our company’s growth, we’re looking for associates who can help us improve and optimize our existing management platform (systems, tools and processes), leverage technology better, and maintain our reputation for excellence in our core business activities as a springboard to future growth through acquisition, 3rd party management and advisory services.
We are looking for ambitious self-starters who aren’t afraid to dig in.
We value excellent communication and collaboration, and we reward those who challenge the status quo to find better ways of doing things.
We believe that people learn best by doing – so although we offer a full range of classroom learning and structured training paths, we prioritize hands on experience and self-directed development.
We’re proud of the people-first company culture we’ve built over the past two and a half decades – we’ll stretch and challenge you, and we’ll let you be you.
We Say Yes to Uniqueness: We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.
Our commitment to equal opportunity extends to all applicants and employees, regardless of national origin, race, sex, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other class protected by the laws in the states where we operate.
We are actively seeking a skilled individual based in the Central Time Zone.
Ideally, we are interested in candidates who are conveniently located near major airports.
Come and join us to take on this exciting challenge and make a difference! About you: Are you an influential leader that takes initiative and has a passion for affordable housing? Do you excel at fostering collaboration, managing teams, driving the use of technology, and diving into the nitty-gritty of operations and acquisition? If so, we want you to join our team as the Compliance Manager of Affordable Housing Programs, where you’ll be at the forefront of our work to streamline, digitize, centralize and automate all aspects of our affordablehousing compliance operations.
The position’s anticipated start date is January 2024.

You will play an influential role in shaping the future of affordable housing program management for CCI, inclusive of managing a team of compliance officers.
You’ll have the challenging task of maintaining our excellent reputation for quality (our MOR scores average ‘Above Average’ overall) while simultaneously driving operational efficiency and simplicity for our on-site and regional management teams.
