About you:
Are you an influential leader that takes initiative and has a passion for affordable housing? Do you excel at fostering collaboration, managing teams, driving the use of technology, and diving into the nitty-gritty of operations and acquisition? If so, we want you to join our team as the Compliance Manager of Affordable Housing Programs, where you’ll be at the forefront of our work to streamline, digitize, centralize and automate all aspects of our affordablehousing compliance operations.
The position’s anticipated start date is January 2024.
You’ll work closely with our Vice President of Compliance to ensure our teams understand and comply with the requirements of all affordable housing programs at the federal, state and local levels; including, but not limited to: HUD, LIHTC, USDA, HOME, HTF, Conventional, Contract Administrators, tax credit authorities and State and local jurisdictions, codes and laws, as well as investor agreements.
You will play an influential role in shaping the future of affordable housing program management for CCI, inclusive of managing a team of compliance officers.
You’ll have the challenging task of maintaining our excellent reputation for quality (our MOR scores average ‘Above Average’ overall) while simultaneously driving operational efficiency and simplicity for our on-site and regional management teams.
You’ll be comfortable with ambiguity and thrive on being asked to make well considered decisions based on incomplete or imperfect information.
You’ll be an exceptional communicator, comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders at all levels on a wide range of compliance-related topics.

Qualifications
Degree: Associates Degree preferred
Admin User Yardi Property Management software
Industry Certifications: HCCP, COS, TCS, and the like
5-7 continuous years auditing and working with Section 8, Project Based and LIHTC properties
5-7 years High level technical Yardi experience relating to affordable housing programs
5 years with previous supervisory/lead experience
Creation and delivery of training
Physical Demands
