As a main point of contact for our potential clientele, this gatekeeper position serves a key function in our firm's success and requires a strong background in sales and customer service.
A goal-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and seamlessly juggles multiple tasks efficiently can expect to soar quickly within our firm.
Responsibilities/duties, among others:
- Answer and screen calls and emails from potential clients, clients and vendors.
- Using the firm’s system to interview potential clients
- Perform follow up calls with potential clients
- Maintain appropriate potential client records
- Maintain and report key intake metrices
- Assisting legal team with administrative tasks
- Must be bilingual in Spanish
This is a full-time position.
