V documents * Requesting medical records, bills, and confirming medical balances Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management or a related field - Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and guidelines - Experience in supervising and mentoring staff members - Familiarity with social work principles and practices Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Must be able to read/write in spanish - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using computer software for documentation and record keeping This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Case Manager to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals and families in need.
