Civil Litigation Attorney

We are a small but growing firm in Encino with a position available for a Civil Litigation Attorney.
We are looking for an attorney who can manage, supervise and run our civil litigation practice.
Your responsibility would be to handle the files from beginning to end (with support staff provided).
You must have experience handling civil litigation files and be able to do so with little or no supervision.
Trial experience a plus but not required.
You will also be assisting with depositions for our workers' compensation department.
We are looking for someone who would take a reasonable base salary along with a bonus based on the revenues generated.
The ability to bring in cases would be a big plus.
