As the Legal Intake Director, you will be at the forefront of our client interactions, ensuring a seamless and efficient intake process.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Conducting initial consultations with potential clients to gather relevant case information
* Evaluating and screening potential cases to determine their viability and alignment with the firm's practice areas
* Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and case information
* Ensuring the collection and maintenance of accurate records related to intake of new clients, intake forms, engagement letters, and outside counsel guidelines
* Answering client inquiries, providing general information about the firm's services, and guiding clients through the intake process
* Making a great first and lasting impression on clients during in-person meetings.
Requirements
* Must be detailed, organized, and thorough in managing the intake process
* Working knowledge of ethical, legal, and risk management rules and requirements, with a willingness to learn substantive law required
* Ability to function in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment, prioritize multiple projects, and adjust to shifting priorities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Spanish speaking a plus
* Outstanding sense of customer service with a demonstrated service-driven attitude
* Strong analytical abilities, resourcefulness, and attention to detail
* Demonstrated ability to grasp and implement new concepts quickly
* Sound discretion and judgment in making and communicating decisions
* JD or Bar License preferred
