About the Role:
We are excited to find a Global Sales Assistant to be a strong supportive force for our two Global leaders of Sales.
This person will assist in creating and maintaining reports to help our leaders manage and track performance and revenue.
This role will provide high-level administrative support to alleviate these leader’s responsibilities and calendars.
This individual will keep the executive’s communications and schedules organized so they can spend their time effectively.
They will manage the executive’s daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, confirming appointments, writing and planning itineraries, and arranging for transportation.
We are seeking someone with past EA experience.
Responsibilities:
Create reports that will help track our sales team’s performance and revenue
This person should have experience supporting sales leaders at a sales driven company
Have the intuition to react with appropriate urgency to emerging situations, be able to complete multiple high-priority tasks efficiently, and be comfortable making decisions with minimal oversight or mentorship
Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior leadership at GPS
Manage the master schedule (including annual and quarterly meetings/reports) by arranging meetings
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion
Track and manage details relating to expenses and expense reports
Requirements:

Inventive with problem solving
Efficient with personal and Executive’s time
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Competent in legal jargon (prepping, editing, managing legal documents)
