*Account Manager *serves as the liaison between Intratem and its valued customers by developing and maintaining relationships with assigned client accounts to ensure client experience satisfaction and account growth.
*Duties/Responsibilities:*
* Responsible for managing and growing assigned accounts.
* Develop and maintain positive client-oriented relationships with assigned clients.
* Interact with the company’s leadership on developing strategic growth opportunities across the organization.
* Identify and measure to improve service level for all assigned accounts.
* Perform project management of orders.
* Responsible for orders from assigned accounts.
* Maintain an organized accounts portfolio in CRM system, notating accounts, setting follow up tasks and following through.
* Execute and manage client special projects to support bottom line and growth initiatives for the company.
* Coordinate the operations of departments related to specific accounts activities.
Take proactive steps to identify weak spots and challenges to minimize and eliminate low-level service or delays in delivery.
* Set up recurring client meetings as well as regularly communicate with clients to discuss any opportunities/challenges.
* Ensure that clients are regularly informed of the status of the programs and service.
* Regularly communicate and report to the management current client activities, status and any problems or potential problems.
* Keep themselves informed and up-to-date on all available carriers plans, company and partner services and opportunities.
* Forecast potential service pitfalls or delays and develop alternate plans.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
*Required Qualifications:*
* 3-5 years of B2B experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive.
* 3-5 years of professional experience in mobility industry or with wireless carriers.
* At least an Associate Degree is required in relevant field (business, social studies, communications, marketing, etc.
).
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong consultative sales skills
* Strong presentation skills that will properly showcase Intratem’s competitive advantage.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strategic thinker with experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
* Initiative, drive, and out-of-the box thinking are strongly desired.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
This is an exempt salary position and has no supervisory duties.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.
