Located in Calabasas, California, Maverick has created innovative technology designed for sales organizations, such as ISO’s and ISV’s, looking to monetize payments by reselling our white-labeled payments stack.

About the Position: Reporting to the Director of Partner Success, the Partner Development Associate II provides support and business services to customers and partners, enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing revenues associated with merchant customers solicited by strategic business partners.
Serving as a contact point for strategic business partners to develop and maximize partner customer portfolios.
Reviewing agent leads and, using independent judgment and discretion, making the initial determination as to whether pursuit of a relationship would be advantageous to Company, using independent judgment and discretion, within Company parameters.
Independently negotiate certain terms of agreements with potential partners, subject to and in alignment with Company parameters.
Coordinating and assisting with client and partner product implementations, including, without limitation, training.
Creating relationships with day-to-day account contacts to identify and build trust, confidence, loyalty, and mutual benefit with various strategic partners.
Working with contacts to better understand and fulfill business needs.
Identifying value-based opportunities to increase Company’s revenue derived from customer activity.
Monitoring account and portfolio performance and reviewing the value of services provided to recommend enhancements and improvements in experience.
Facilitating revenue growth via product enhancements and service promotions.
Handling incoming calls from partners and working directly with external and internal personnel to resolve any complex or novel escalated issues which may arise within the relationship.
Supporting specialized projects on an as-needed basis as directed by Department or Company leadership.
Must be able to sit and work in front of a computer for 90% or more of shift.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or greater required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
3-5 years of experience in merchant services, specific to partner support/partner relations is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft products including Microsoft Excel.
Works on-site at the Company’s Calabasas location.
A remote work schedule may be considered depending on location.
