* Lead Generation and Prospecting: Utilize our in-house data scraper to access a pre-built list of leads and identify potential clients within the construction industry.
Conduct thorough research to understand prospects' needs and pain points.
* Outbound Cold Calling: Engage potential clients through cold calls, introduce them to our services, and effectively communicate our value proposition.
* Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and schedule sales appointments for our sales closers.
Ensure that appointments are well-prepared and aligned with clients' requirements.
* Follow-Up and Nurturing: Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to nurture leads and build lasting relationships.
Keep potential clients engaged and informed about our offerings.
* Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads through the sales pipeline using CRM software.
Update records regularly to ensure accurate reporting and efficient workflow.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to exchange feedback, insights, and strategies for achieving individual and team sales targets.
* Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales development targets, including the number of scheduled appointments and qualified leads.
* Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor analysis.
Continuously refine and improve the cold call model and script to enhance sales effectiveness.

- Previous experience in telemarketing, or business development preferred
- Familiarity with technology sales and software products is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus

Responsibilities:
- MUST be able to CLOSE Sales on a 1 Call Close technique
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- 150 Minimum calls a day required
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track and manage leads
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
