_We are seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing Team at Magic Jump Inc.
We are an inflatable attractions manufacturer located in Los Angeles.
We started as a small family operation in 1995 and have grown to over 30 employees with 5 reputable brands of inflatable products.
We design and manufacture all of our fun inflatable products in-house.

*Duties*
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage social media accounts and create compelling content for various platforms
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and recommend new strategies
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with the online community
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels
- Analyze social media data and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns
*Experience*
- Proven experience in social media management or related field
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies
- Proficient in content creation, including writing, editing, and designing visual assets
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.
g.
, Google Analytics) to track performance metrics
- Experience using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design purposes is a plus
- Understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO and SEM
- Knowledge of advertising and public relations strategies
