Sales/Customer Service Representative

Experience: - Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Bilingual proficiency, in Spanish, is a plus.
- Experience with outbound calling and upselling techniques is advantageous.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
