We are on the lookout for a part-time real estate acquisitions specialist (commision only).
You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful.

Our acquisition agents can work remotely and have flexible hours.
*Duties:*
* Making direct connections with wholesalers/investors/sellers
* Using social media and AI tools to expand reach for more leads
* Communicating through social media, email, and text daily
* Negotiating and closing wholesale deals
* Following up with prospective candidates consistently
*Qualifications:*
* Sales, property management, real estate, or marketing skills are a plus but not required
* Excellent organizational and administrative skills
* Negotiation skills are preferred
* Self-starter
* Not afraid of rejection
* Must have a smartphone, laptop, and reliable transportation
* Must live in Los Angeles, CA
*Other Notes:*
* This is a 1099 position with uncapped commission ($100,000+ is possible)
