Sales Representative

We are looking for highly motivated, initiative-taking individuals to work in a professional sales atmosphere.
Looking for a relationship-based salesperson to build a client base from existing clients.
*NO COLD CALLING*.
The ideal candidate is honest, listens well, learns fast, and has at least three *years of sales experience*.
We are building a new team of individuals that can earn six figures plus, with a base salary and sizeable commissions.
This is a highly rewarding, in-office sales position in the heart of Woodland Hills.
*Compensation: *($40,000 Base plus commission) Salary with Bonus Program + Benefits and Health insurance.
Motivated Salespeople are making over $100k.
*Responsibilities:* * Work with existing clients on *reaching their goals.
* * Close transactions or follow up with additional information to close the transactions * Telephone sales with existing clients.
*(No cold calling)* * Utilize CRM for organizational purposes.
* Quickly learn our product selection and commonly asked questions.
* Represent corporate ideals and ethics.
*Requirements:* * Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
* Ability to listen and determine client needs.
* Self-starter with the Ability to prioritize and multi-task without direct supervision.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Quick learner and Ability to study on their own.
* Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.
