PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • You will organize and attend events and visit dentist referral offices• We provide you with incredible marketing support • You will be provided all the tools and resources necessary to focus on promoting our business and scheduling patients to our offices.
• Travel is all local • You must be highly motivated, able to work efficiently with minimal supervision, be a team player, and have a positive attitude.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
• Work requires significant local travel.
This requires the possession of a valid state driver's license and a car.

Qualifications
* Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Officer or similar role in the Dental field
* Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
* Solid computer skills, including MS Office
* Familiarity with Orthodontic Patient Management and Scheduling,, Customer Relationship Management, and Content Management System software
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Outside Sales experience
* Orthodontic Marketing: 1 year (Required)
* requires traveling to referring dental offices

Responsibilities
* Support corporate and event programs planning and attending (schools and college campus, social events, holiday events, grand openings) with clear goals to capture and track new patient leads
* Follow up on new patients leads with conversion goals to consults
* Implement and monitor external marketing to include a referral dentist network
* Manage and track metrics for dental office referrals
* Create and maintain up to date Excel spreadsheet reports detailing all dental office referrals and visits and to track events, inventory, giveaways, and budgets
* Create social media photo and video content of events
* Be on camera and in photos in social media as a company representative
* Adhere to confidentiality, state, federal & HIPAA laws and guidelines
* Perform general office duties & other related duties as assigned

Pay: $22.
64 - $24.
50 per hour
