*Position Overview:* We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Wine Club Sales Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for wine, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of sales success.
As a Wine Club Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our wine club memberships, driving membership growth, and providing exceptional customer service to our members.
This position is hourly plus commission.
*Responsibilities:* * Actively promote and sell wine club memberships to visitors at our tasting room and events.
* Engage with customers to educate them about our wines, membership benefits, and upcoming events.
* Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and membership acquisition goals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wine club members to encourage retention and referrals.
* Provide exceptional customer service, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Assist with wine club events, tastings, and other promotional activities as needed.
*Qualifications:* * Previous sales experience, preferably in the wine or hospitality industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of wine varietals, wine production, and wine-tasting techniques.
* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* Must be at least 21 years of age.
* Reliable transportation.
