Rejuve Clinics, a developing medical spa specializing in rejuvenation and wellness, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Medical Spa Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our medical spa operations, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning.
As the key point of contact, you will manage a variety of tasks from administrative duties to staff supervision, customer service, and marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
*Responsibilities:*
* Administration: Manage all administrative tasks related to the operation of the medical spa, including scheduling, record-keeping, inventory management, and financial reporting.
* Staff Management: Supervise and lead a team of nurses and administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed to ensure optimal performance.
* Customer Service: Ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered to clients at all times, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or feedback promptly and professionally.
* Booking Management: Oversee the booking system, ensuring appointments are scheduled efficiently and accurately, and that client needs and preferences are accommodated.
* Marketing and Advertising: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the medical spa services, including running advertisements, managing social media accounts, and coordinating promotional events.
* Office Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in the spa facility, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stocked.
* Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement measures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of spa operations.
* Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing medical spa operations, including health and safety guidelines and licensing requirements.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred).
* Proven experience in a management role within the medical spa or healthcare industry.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with staff and clients.
* Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in computer software applications, including scheduling and booking systems, and familiarity with marketing and advertising platforms.
* Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards governing medical spa operations.
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
