Legal Copy Service is seeking a Full Time Office Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
*Responsibilities include but not limited to:* * Helping sort documents for Petitions; * Record reviews; * Sorting, copying, faxing filing, mailings; * Assisting in opening, distributing mail; * Scanning, copying, faxing; creating cd's * Assist with calls and requests as needed; * Assist in other departments as needed *Qualifications & Skills:* * Basic computer skills * Able to work well with Others and meet deadlines * Work well under pressure * Strong verbal communication skills including active listening.
* Professional attitude and appearance *Education:* *High school or equivalent* * *Office experience desired but not required.
