We are seeking a personal injury case manager to join our team and continue excelling and providing top level customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Report claims with insurance companies
* Obtain evidence, documents, police report, ambulance, medical records and medical bills
* Open Medicare, Medi-Cal, Rawlings, Meridian, and other health insurance subrogation claims
* Filing SR-1, SR-19, DMV plate search, etc.
* Request Medical Records and follow up on Medical Records requests
* Follow up with medical providers on client’s treatment status
* Assist with client medical treatment
* Discuss claims with insurance adjusters and attorneys
* Organize and maintain electronic case files within the company software/case management system
* Call potential clients and do client intake
* Other tasks will be assigned as necessary
Qualifications:
* Prior Personal Injury experience preferred
* Customer service and highly detail-oriented skills are necessary
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) with high proficiency preferred
Compensation:
* Compensation will be based on skills and experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.
00 - $75,000.
