Retired at 71 yrs old,no longer capable of doing much anymore & i am taking reasonable offers for my lot or since i can’t do big stuff anymore,perhaps just little project here & there if i am lucky to find good ones to do since i like doing things with my hands & keep sane & avoid prescription drugs & do with my little skills that keeps me going especially during my younger days that i had so much fun creating something & being resourceful but i have done my share & bought our house for $98k back when i used to do good n my prime time but now,I am old & gray,I am just looking for something small to achieve & to be useful i guess & to be needed at least bcuz once ur useless or homeless,even god won’t recognize Us when we lost our minds or don’t even remember our own names but anyways,I got this lot n Castaic abt 15 yrs ago & paid abt $45K & a very nice & calm atmosphere area & good for retirement escaped or peaceful place to be if however with your own peaceful mind Goes along with it as combo to keep u
company,as if ur away from d new hybrid or fast pace civilization,like ur in a lost horizon abt 3 miles away from 6 flags magic mountain recreational rides & this is like a hidden valley surrounded by mountains abt 2 miles away from everything just to give u an idea,like then again a hidden sanctuary surrounded from outside world or secluded perimeter Where my lot is situated n d middle of d mountains but around it & abt 1 mile Ralph’s grocery is available within reach for immediate needs or so,are also flourished with expensive housing projects,malls,big new warehouses.

I like to build my dream house there as part of my fantasy as i attached some pictures herewith of what a beautiful dream of mine but my commander n chief which is my wife says no,so,i am obliged to follow orders.

My next door neighbor is sellling his lot for $50K which is 3 times smaller than my lot & my lot is abt 6,500 sq ft & partly hilly as my neighbors next to my lot
is situated d same way but able & built houses there but check it out till d end of d street just to have an idea.

For the real interested buyers,please do ur own diligent research & i can provide u the APN number later in regards to my lot & for free analysis or to survey my lot,I’ve heard u can also inquire & acquire some info.

I know one person that says he can help on d construction loan side as we did on our house before too when my daughter built her house next or attached to our old house & became duplex later when she got a 2nd loan out of our house from the bank but of course nothing is guaranteed until U try & find out for yourself & do ur own thing.
