Looking for someone that can sew (Will pay u) - $1 (Newbury Park)

I have a mannequin that I removed polkadotted tulle fabric that was covering the whole mannequin because under the tulle is a pink satin fabric that I like better as the exterior cover but I Since I removed the tulle I’ve had a hard time fully removing it from the seams and now some of the seams for the pink satin fabric have become undone so I’m hoping someone is an experienced sewer can help me sew the seams back up or if you are really good at sewing and would be interested in making a new cover for the mannequin that’s identical to the one that’s on there now, I have the fabric and would pay you for your time and services.
