Best instructor in Malibu
I have 28 years surfing experience.
I've travelled and discovered world-class waves in surf destinations such as Indonesia, Australia, Hawaii, Mexico, Costa Rica and El Salvador.
12 years instructing, CPR and First Aid certified.
I always teach safety first, followed by local knowledge ie: take you to best waves to learn on for beginners, where to go for for swell and wind direction, different tides, paddling/popping up, and style/lifestyle.
My rate is $140 for a hour and a half one-on-one surf training.
If you bring family or friends and i will lower the rate to $110 per person.
I train first time beginners all the way up to high-level competitive surfers seeking to improve skills and techniques for contests .
Equipment is provided at no extra charge:
8ft soft-top fun boards and full size stand up paddle boards, which are much easier to stand up for your first time.
I have a variety of fish- type short boards which are wider and thicker allowing you to progress to high performance surfing.
I'm available anytime in the mornings till noon, monday-friday, and on weekends.
AM preferred to avoid the crowds.
Always remember, smile in the line up and help keep our beaches clean.
