Help logging into laptop (Encino)

MacBook Pro 2021: This week when restarting my MacBook Pro, before reaching the login page, it is requesting for an Administrator Password, which I don’t know.
Need someone who is educated on Macs inside and out and feels confident that they can bypass this issue by either setting a new Administrator code or totally erasing everything on the laptop and starting from scratch.
