A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Process prototype parts and engineering builds for operations engineering.
Document work as needed for engineering builds, using travelers, lab notebooks and computer software (such as Excel/Word) as needed.
Accurately execute build protocols.
Follow procedures, methods and sequence of operations in performing daily tasks.
Ensure all product, material, parts, and documentation are in compliance with company specifications and quality standards.
Actively contribute to ongoing continuous improvement efforts and projects.
Handle production materials and chemicals per operating procedures.
Perform tests, interpret data and develop reports.
Maintain overall lab in accordance with good laboratory practices.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience supporting medical device manufacturing and High School degree or equivalent
Nice to Have
Associate or Bachelor’s degree
Good working relationship with peers, managers and engineering staff.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions
Ability to write correspondence, email and memorandums.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to learn new machines and procedures.
Familiar with automated machinery
Familiar with measuring tools and techniques.
Training in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
cGMP and ISO 9001 training
Familiar with SAP, SABA and Agile
Experience working on Medtronic Diabetes sensor fabrication line

The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
