As a Fire Sprinkler Installation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the installation of fire sprinkler systems in various residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Your responsibilities will encompass project management, team supervision, coordination with clients and subcontractors, adherence to safety regulations, and ensuring the timely and efficient completion of projects.

* Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
* Monitor project progress and address any deviations from the plan.
* Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
_Team Supervision:_ * Lead and supervise a team of installation technicians, ensuring they adhere to quality standards and safety protocols.
* Assign tasks, provide guidance, and conduct performance evaluations.
* Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to maximize team productivity and morale.
_Client and Stakeholder Interactions:_ * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
* Communicate project updates, address concerns, and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and facilitate repeat business opportunities.
_Compliance and Safety:_ * Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to fire sprinkler system installation.
* Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries on job sites.
* Conduct regular safety inspections and provide training to team members on safety best practices.
_Quality Assurance:_ * Oversee the quality of workmanship and materials used in fire sprinkler installations.
* Conduct inspections and quality audits to verify adherence to project specifications and standards.
* Address any deficiencies or non-conformities promptly to maintain project integrity.
_Budget and Cost Management:_ * Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
* Identify opportunities for cost savings or efficiency improvements without compromising quality or safety.
* Review project invoices, purchase orders, and contracts to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
*Requirements:* * Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or related field (preferred).
* Proven experience (5+ years) in fire protection system installation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
* In-depth knowledge of fire sprinkler system design, installation techniques, and relevant codes and standards (NFPA, FM Global, etc.
).
* Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop schedules, manage budgets, and coordinate resources effectively.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Relevant certifications (e.
g.
, NICET, OSHA 30-hour, etc.
) are a plus.
