Looking for a reliable self managing person with a broad set of construction skills.
Must be proficient and have general knowledge in framing, concrete, drywall, plumbing, roofing, tile, window installation, flooring and kitchen cabinet installation.
You do not have to be a master at all of these construction trades, but general knowledge on the entire spectrum of remodeling apartment units and houses is a must.
When performing full scale jobs, hiring subs for some trades is acceptable to help the projects move at a quicker pace.
We manage single family homes, apartment buildings and some commercial properties, most which are in close proximity to each other.
We prefer somebody that is familiar with building codes and compliance, being able to understand what an inspector’s corrections are calling for.
Not all jobs will require permits and inspections, but some do.
Having your own tools are preferred, but we can provide tools as well.
We would be open to hiring more than one person, if there is a scenario where a couple of people have experience working together as a team.
Schedule and pay are negotiable.
