In this hands-on role, you will:
* Fabricate autoclave/oven components per drawings
* Lead small to large builds, mentor other fabricators
* Perform MIG, TIG, stick and pipe welding
* Operate industrial machinery like saws, grinders
* Exemplify safety culture, complete documentation
* Travel 30-40% for installations and repairs
