Construction Superintendent

_*National fire and flood remediation company looking to add Construction Superintendent to our team!*_ Construction Superintendents are responsible for simultaneously managing the production of multiple construction projects.
Responsible for collaborating with subcontractors in determining scope of work.
*Responsibilities will include:* * Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion.
* Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
* Communicate with project team regarding RFI’s, and Material Submittals.
* Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
* Maintain daily log (written) of activities on the jobsite.
*Candidate experience requirements include:* * 3+ years of experience.
* Ability to identify deficient work and provide resolution.
* Communicate using the following tools: cell phone, email, text.
* Blueprint reading.
* Physically lift up to 50 lbs.
* Monitoring jobsite general health and safety.
* Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.
00 - $100,000.
