Account Receivable Specialist

_Responsibilities:_ - *Invoice Processing * * Generate accurate and timely invoices for construction projects.
* Ensure proper percentages and documentation for all transactions.
*- Billing Coordination * * Collaborate with President, VP, Project Manager, Foremen during weekly meetings (Tuesday) to verify project milestones and billing details.
* Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoicing.
*-Payment Posting* * Record and reconcile customer payments in the accounting system.
* Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable *- Documentation and Filing* * Maintain an organized and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions.
* Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audit purposes.
_Qualifications: _ * Experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role, preferably in the *Construction Industry*.
* Experience in *Payroll* a plus * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry * Knowledge of accounting principles and practices * Proficient in using accounting software (Quickbooks & Excel) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Team Oriented _Skills_: * Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends or discrepancies * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping * Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications _Education:_ * High School or Equivalent * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
