HVAC Commercial Project Manager

Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate HVAC projects from start to finish - Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems - Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines - Conduct site visits to inspect work quality and provide guidance to technicians - Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources - Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and expenses Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC construction or related field - Proven experience in project coordination and management - Proficiency in construction management software such as Primavera or Prolog - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation practices - Familiarity with reading and interpreting construction drawings and schematics - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
