We are an LA based Subcontractor specializing in commercial construction.
The Project Manager (PM) will oversee all aspects of the building process.
Including but not limited to: working with the Estimators, Field Superintendent, negotiating contracts, scheduling, procurement of materials.
The ideal PM is able to handle multiple projects at once, is an innovative problem-solver maintains a calm and, positive attitude and works well as a team member throughout the duration of a project.
*RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Maintain a thorough understanding of the project contract and scope.
* Ensure all submittals, inspections and corresponding reports are performed, signed off, issued and documented.
Maintain professional relationships with all parties, throughout the entire process, from permitting to job completion.
* Clearly communicate and document key decisions and corresponding contract changes to the project team.
* Maintain any submittals, RFI through Procore as called for my clients.
* Create Project Schedule with Field Superintendent.
* Work closely with Estimators and Field Superintendent on SOV and billing submissions
* Create internal and/or external change orders for extra work and/or time.
* Create and review Daily Logs for field and team with Field Superintendent.
* Weekly field visits
* Other duties assigned by Management.
*SKILLS*
* Demonstrates ability to consistently meet deadlines with a calm and positive attitude and follow through with tasks and responsibilities.
* Experience managing multiple projects.
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with clients, architects/engineers, vendors, project team etc.
via email, in person and on the phone.
* Proficiency with Procore is a plus.
*REQUIRED EXPERIENCE*
* Commercial Construction.
* The ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications.

Pay: From $125,000.
