vintage 1930s - 1940s - 1950s bottom piece: Craftsman rolling cart tool box top piece: Advertising Metal Co.
(Chicago) top toolbox chest.
The emblem is the same shape so I suspect the maker of these are the same.
I do have the sidebar for the bottom rolling cart.
It was removed for cleaning and never put back on.
