The Role
As the Director of Regional Outreach at Alsana, you will serve as Alsana’s outreach presence in the professional community.
Your focus is on cultivating and maintaining strong collaborative referral partnerships to help reach clients who need a higher level of care in their recovery.
The Outreach Director will work within an assigned territory where they will regularly travel to key markets within the territory, usually once a month.
In addition to meeting with the professional community, they will also attend community eating disorder related presentations, develop and host their own outreach events, provide professional tours of Alsana’s programs, and attend ED related conferences.
Responsibilities
· Maintain physical and psychological safety of all potential clients served in both Alsana residential and outpatient programs at all times
· Uphold the confidentiality of patient protective health information as well as the organization at all times
· Communicate and collaborate effectively with all internal departments
· Prioritizes key states and cities in assigned region for targeted outreach initiatives
· Create and implement outreach strategies to develop and maintain referral partnerships
· Thoughtfully holds all referring professionals in the admissions process when their client is seeking treatment at Alsana
· Manage data entry and reports in CRM to demonstrate and identify territory performance and key areas for improvement
· Works with admissions to track for referrals, conversion to admissions, and follows up with contacts in a timely manner
· Performs all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Bachelor degree required, Masters degree preferred
· Prior experience working in a sales or outreach role
· Experience working within the behavioral health industry with eating disorder marketing experience preferred
· Experience working with an executive team and reside in Illinois.
· Must have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from the board of directors, management, staff, patients, vendors, and the general public
Salary: $80-$95k BOE.
