We are seeking a Digital Marketing & SEO Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives with a focus on driving engagement, conversions, and brand visibility.
This role is pivotal in crafting and executing comprehensive digital strategies to achieve our organizational goals.
We expect this role to be a combination of SEO management (50%), social media management (25%), and other digital marketing efforts (25%).
*Responsibilities:*
• Develop and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including content marketing strategies, email campaigns, and social media management.
• Translate business objectives into digital strategy and iterate in real-time based on shifting organizational priorities.
• Lead content creation strategies and development to enhance brand and organic presence.
• Manage integrations between the CRM system and various digital marketing platforms to optimize campaign performance and streamline processes.
• Lead SEO efforts, including keyword research, budget management, and overseeing paid search and other advertising campaigns.
• Set up robust tracking systems to measure campaign success, analyze data, and derive actionable insights to enhance future campaigns.
• Maintain, monitor and develop social media accounts, including Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Instagram.
• Report on key performance metrics to senior leadership and recommend solutions to improve KPIs.
*Requirements:*
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Google Search and Display Advertising, Meta Advertising, and Email Marketing.
• Proven track record in digital campaign management, SEO/SEM strategies, and proficiency in website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Extensive familiarity with Canva and basic graphic design principles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.
