This role offers a competitive base salary in the range of $16-20 per hour, commission structure, a company car, and flexible working hours.
Job Description:
As a Bilingual Marketing Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing initiatives, fostering community relationships, and expanding our client base.
Your mission will be to promote our insurance services, increase brand visibility, and capitalize on opportunities in the bustling Studio City area and surrounding cities.
Fluency in English and Spanish is highly valued to effectively connect with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness and attract prospective clients in the Studio City vicinity, leveraging the proximity to Universal Studios.
Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and community influencers to create collaborative marketing opportunities.
Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and community gatherings to build relationships and enhance the company's presence in the area.
Create compelling marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, social media content, and email campaigns, tailored to resonate with the local audience.
Utilize various digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, SEO, PPC advertising, and content creation, to engage potential clients and drive traffic to the company's services.
Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing marketing support to aid in client acquisition efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience (1 year min) in marketing, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences positively.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
Self-motivated, dynamic, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
