Position Overview:
Stay Green Inc.
is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Developer to join our team.
As a Business Developer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, helping us expand our client base and grow revenue.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, as well as nurturing existing client relationships.
Responsibilities: 1.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities: • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business expansion.
• Proactively reach out to prospective clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
• Develop creative and effective strategies to generate leads and secure new accounts.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and ensure regular follow-ups.

Build and maintain client relationships: • Establish strong professional relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct regular check-ins and visits to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as project managers and operations personnel, to ensure smooth execution of contracts and client satisfaction.
3.
Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts: • Assess client requirements and develop comprehensive proposals outlining service offerings, pricing, and timelines.
• Present proposals to clients, addressing any questions or concerns, and negotiate terms and conditions as needed.
• Ensure all contracts and agreements are properly executed and documented.
4.
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams: • Work closely with marketing and business development teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to improve marketing materials and messaging.
• Attend industry conferences and events to promote Stay Green Inc.
and network with potential clients.
• Must attend all operations meetings, they must report and provide insight during the meeting.
Qualifications: • Have at least three to five years of experience in field sales or related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience • A good driving record, as determined by our insurance company.
• Must have intermediate computer skills including, but not limited to, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a drive for success.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
• Knowledge of the landscaping industry or related field (preferred).
