We are seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives.
As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in acquiring contracts for our company by promoting and selling our services to prospective clients.
You will be responsible for understanding our services thoroughly, engaging with clients, generating leads, making cold calls, and following up on leads to secure contracts.
This role will require occasional local travel to pursue leads and attend client meetings.

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead follow-up.
* Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and promote our services effectively.
* Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
* Collaborate closely with the CEO and other team members to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
* Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress, and challenges.
* Represent the company professionally at all times and act as a brand ambassador.
* Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and improvement.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
* Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team environment.
* Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Willingness to travel locally as needed to pursue leads and attend client meetings.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
