National Sales Manager-Wholesale Footwear Remote We are Careismatic Brands Inc.

We have an outstanding opportunity for a National Sales Manager to drive the growth of our Footwear Division.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record of successful sales strategies, and a deep understanding of the footwear industry.
As the National Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and/or hire sales team, work closely with our Key National Accounts, establishing and executing sales plans, building strong relationships with key clients, and maximizing revenue opportunities across various channels.
The National Sales Manager will play a role in working with cross-functional teams to create, implement, and measure channel and account-specific sales programs.
You will blend your strategic thinking with the ability to think about consumer-centric marketing and identify future trends and opportunity.
You will become part of a team that drives the business while you build robust sales plans that connect target consumers to our brand and products.
Additionally, you will make an impact with your passion for collaboration as you partner internally and with account counterparts, as well as external entities to bring sales programs to life.
This is a full-time remote role.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer What Your Day Looks Like Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth within the wholesale market.
Build, lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales objectives.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with national accounts, retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders to drive brand visibility and penetration.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall brand objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
Monitor and manage the performance of the wholesale division through regular sales forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand presence and foster relationships.
Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and competitive intelligence to continuously drive innovation and improvement.
Deliver annual sales quota Create strategy to sell the most effective merchandise mix and prepare to stock sales plan Develop a seasonal/annual business plan (by account) that outlines growth, category, distribution, and promotional objectives Analyze sell-thru reporting weekly What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field or proven track record of at least 7-10 years in sales leadership roles within the footwear or fashion industry, with a strong network of industry contacts.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Must have deep experience with footwear (experience with independent comfort specialty a plus) Especially relevant is experience with footwear or health related products.
A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
Proven track record with project management, delivering strong results on time and within budget.
Stellar written communication skills.
Proven ability with merchandising, forecasting and budgets.
Excellent presentation skills – the ability to educate and motivate people in an entertaining way.
