We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel, which may include senior management, in assigned client accounts.
Part and full-time available.
Qualifications
This is primarily a client-facing position, so applicants must have outstanding customer service skills including the ability to write and speak professionally at all times
Excellent oral and written communication skills:
•Must have a "customer-first" mentality approach
•Must be able to function effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and balance competing priorities well
•Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace, including Google e-mail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive
Responsibilities
Works closely with the Client to ensure client satisfaction and problem resolution.
Send monthly reports.
Track, manage, and resolve issues
Coordinate and assist with implementing new tests.
