Key Responsibilities: * Conduct telemarketing campaigns to promote Serra Medical Group's services and engage potential patients.
* Participate in community outreach initiatives to build relationships with local organizations, businesses, and individuals.
* Act as a brand ambassador for Serra Medical Group, ensuring a professional and positive representation of our core values.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for maximizing outreach and engagement.
