As the company continues to grow in the prestige hair tools markets, iBeauty Brands is seeking a motivated, self-starter to join a dynamic team in the role of Sales Development Coordinator for our Multi-Channel and E-Commerce division.
The position will report to the Multi-Channel Manager and VP of Sales, and directly impacts the overall success and evolution in all aspects of sales, operations, customer service, administrative, and marketing efforts for the department.

*POSITION OVERVIEW*
Responsibilities include the following.

* Serve as a liaison between multiple departments to ensure all checklist items for new launches are organized and signed off on (product name, SKU, UPC, copy, description, specs, images, videos, packaging, production, delivery, etc.
)
* Manage multiple line sheets with MSRP’s, costs, inventory, launch dates, availability, and more.
* Request, follow up, manage, and organize all assets, copy, description, and spec data for each item available across all partner platforms.
* Maintain and optimize integrity of all product attributes and placements across our website and partner platforms.
* Understand and manage order processing and integrations for existing and new customer platforms.
* Contact new business prospects to establish connections and schedule meetings for Multi-Channel Manager and/or VP of Sales.
* Create Sales Orders when necessary for samples, customer orders, retail partner orders, etc.
* Prioritize and progress projects to ensure all business goals and intentions are addressed and resolved in a timely fashion.
*CUSTOMER SERVICE*
* Build and maintain relationships with with all levels of internal and external personnel.
* Oversee the on-boarding process for all new retailer customers.
* Respond to customer inquiries and complete required sales, operational, or logistical requests from multiple partner platforms.
* Effectively communicate and follow up on action items and deliverables in a timely manner.
*ADMINISTRATIVE*
* Provide organizational and administrative support to Management, as needed.
* Maintain documents and reporting files on a regular basis, such as sales reports, event recaps, etc.
* Manage Google Calendar to schedule meetings
