As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for guiding our clients through the event planning process.
You will manage each event from beginning to end, prepare event logistics, maintain client correspondence, assist with crew management, prepare event-related materials, and prepare travel arrangements.
We’re looking for someone to join our team that has:
* Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience in event coordination, sales, and/or other client relationship-oriented positions, with references provided.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Willingness to contribute to a collaborative environment with our Sales Team and other departments.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
* Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office, such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
Experience in Salesforce is a plus.
* The ability to work weekends during certain months of the year.
