What we're looking for:
We are seeking an experienced and goal-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and grow our customer base.
This position is responsible for achieving goals and measurable milestones that speak directly to the overall growth and operation of EE Distribution and requires a comprehensive knowledge products, sales strategies, and processes, while serving as a trusted advisor to key and strategic clients.
Responsibilities include enhancing sales efficiency and productivity, expediting new client conversion rates, ensuring an exceptional client experience, and displaying the ability to assist our clients in successfully growing their business within their respective business type category.
Can you?
Develop achievable and measurable strategic sales plans with each client within your book of business to help drive sales growth and profits.
Work exclusively with your manager about these targets and how to achieve them with our clients.
Show revenue growth.
The primary goal is not maintaining existing revenue but seeking opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the business.
Have a keen understanding of the client's evolving needs and the ability to position additional products or services effectively.
Advise and mentor Sales Representatives within your business type category: Omnichannel, E-commerce, 3rd Party Marketplace.
Help identify clients that have potential growth and advise how to increase their business.
Stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to the organization for continuous improvement.
Proactively plan for sales for the day.
Share, learn, and collaborate with Sales Representatives and managers to develop strategies, improve execution, and implement ideas that drive great team results and success.
Set the standard for phone activity.
EE Distribution Sales Managers are expected to make calls and have phone time.
Utilize relevant sales tools, PowerBi reports, CRMs, and technology to streamline sales processes and track performance.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Actively engage and participate in ongoing product, system, and sales training opportunities.
Work hard, learn tons, gain experience.
Do you have?
• Proven sales success securing and growing larger sized accounts.
• 3+ years of extensive selling experience.
• Bachelor's degree or related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Highly professional demeanor and client-first mindset.
• Demonstrated capacity and a strong willingness to learn and develop.
