We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
*About the Position*
As the Customer Success Manager at Just Dashes, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, build strong relationships with clients, and promote our services to enhance brand awareness and market presence.
Understanding the emotional value clients attach to their classic cars and recognizing the dashboard as the last piece of their automotive dreams will be key to your success.
This position combines sales, marketing, and customer relationship management to achieve revenue targets and ensure clients receive the best possible service in completing their automotive projects.
This person will grow into a leadership role at the company.
You will train with two executives at the company to learn the sales role and process start to finish to eventually take over for both of them.
This will include everyday training and shadowing the CEO who builds the company now and whose grandfather started the company.
*Responsibilities*
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, including lead generation, prospecting, and conversion, to drive revenue growth.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful online and offline marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and attract new customers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers and provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
* Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business expansion and inform product development.
* Set clear sales goals, track performance metrics, and consistently exceed targets to drive business growth and support clients in completing their automotive projects.
* Proactively address sales and marketing challenges, ensuring a seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
* Embrace the vision and values of Just Dashes, fostering a positive and accountable work culture within the sales and marketing team that reflects our core purpose.
*Qualifications*
* Minimum of 3 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the Service industry, Ecommerce or automotive industry.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
* Strong understanding of sales principles, marketing strategies, and market trends.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships, recognizing the significance classic cars have to their owners.
* Analytical mindset, leveraging data to inform decision-making and measure campaign effectiveness.
* Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
* Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
* Knowledge of EOS principles or a willingness to embrace and implement them.
