Sales

Responsibilities: - Conduct outside sales activities to generate new leads and expand customer base - Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business - Negotiate sales contracts and terms with clients to maximize profitability - Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals - Build and maintain a sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets - Utilize inventory control systems to manage product availability and ensure timely delivery to customers - Perform cold calling and follow-up activities to generate new business opportunities Requirements: - Bilingual or multilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, is highly desired - Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role - Strong negotiation and sales management skills - Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients - Experience with outbound sales techniques, including cold calling and lead generation - Familiarity with sales pipeline management and CRM software - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
