Responsibilities:
If you’re a Used Vehicle Manager, you already know how demanding the job can be and how important it is to build a great team and provide outstanding customer service.
The Position responsibilities will include overseeing preowned inventory, marketing, sales and determining vehicle pricing.
Further duties will include purchasing quality preowned vehicles for the dealership's inventory and negotiating with retail and wholesale buyers.
The Used Vehicle Manager is responsible for the appraisal, purchase, reconditioning, display and merchandising of the used vehicle inventory.
Qualifications:
5+ years of previous Used Vehicle Management experience - REQUIRED
Be proficient in market day supply/V Auto and new acquisitions
Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI
Experience Booking/Appraising Vehicles
Ability to communicate, inspire and motivate
The estimated annual earning range for this position is $134,100 - $249,900 which includes commissions on Department Net and/or bonus opportunities such as Manufacturer Approvability, Total Units, Flat Rate Hours.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
