Schedule
For full-time we require open availability Monday-Sunday from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
For Part-time we require open availability Thursday-Sunday from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate day-to-day operations
* Ensure that company guidelines are followed
* Ensure that goals and objectives are met
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment
* Participate in training new employees
* Report any problems or accidents to senior management
* Manage customer complaints and resolve their issues
* Assist with procurement of inventory and supplies
* Open the store (opening the register, sanitizing, restocking, cleaning, getting customer orders ready, responding to emails)
* Maintain and completing the google documents
* Completing supplier returns on a weekly basis
* Inventory duties (recount all of the items that we received plus what is currently in the store as well as updating the expiration dates on the google document)
* Responding to customers text messages and phone calls when a manager is not clocked in
* Helping customers gather their items and answering their questions
* Register duties
* Open communication with the CEO, District Manager, and store managers
* Create food deliveries and shipping orders
* Restocking
* Cleaning
* Closing duties (counting the register sales including cash sales, restocking, cleaning, locking the store up, setting the alarm on)
* Helping with customer orders
Qualifications:
* 1+ year of cashier or key holder experience in retail or a food/beverage company
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
* Must have reliable transportation
