Essential Responsibilities:
This position is well suited for growth within the company based on the individual’s capabilities and interests: full time outside sales, product management, proposal analyst, inside sales manager are all possibilities.
The individual chosen for this role will gain valuable experience within the aerospace industry through being exposed to our customer base, learning about our competitors, following platform build rates and monitoring market trends.
The primary role of the Sales Analyst is to support the Sales and Product Management with compiling and analyzing sales data to support the business’ operating plans, forecasting, provide strategic guidance to the outside sales team and to support special projects related to growth and profitably.
The sales analyst will perform a research, data collection and analysis to support sales and product management goals.
Researches and evaluates current economic conditions that may affect the organization's ability to sell its products or services in the marketplace.
The analyst must have the ability to interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations.
Typical work will include sales forecast, order trend pricing and margin analysis, proposal and quote development support and market analysis.
The analyst reporting to director of Product Management works generally independent and collaborative in nature with cross functional organization in Sales, Strategy, Finance and Operation.
A candidate for this position must possess strong analytical skills and be capable of working effectively within multi-layered and cross-functional team.
Position Requirements:
BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a technical field
2-5 years in a sales/business development area preferably in the Aerospace Industry
Proficiency with MS Office applications, including expert level skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Effectively utilize ERP and CRM Systems
Analytical skills sufficient to collect data, perform analysis and assess and present findings.
Ability to develop and understand simple and/or complex data and present in a concise and simplify manner.
Ability to work in a team environment in matrix organization.
Result-oriented team player adaptable to a fast-paced working environment
Independent self-starter with proven project management & problem-solving skills

Equal Pay Act Range: $75,800 -$112,400 including competitive benefits package and team rewards.
