*The Role:*
We are looking for a proactive and charismatic Sales Representative to drive our sales initiatives and expand our market presence.
This role is pivotal in promoting our platform, engaging with both manufacturers and retailers to demonstrate the value and efficiency our solution brings to their business operations.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Strategize and execute sales plans to introduce our platform to target markets, focusing on both retailers and manufacturers.
* Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the retail and manufacturing sectors, understanding their needs and demonstrating how our solution addresses those needs.
* Present and demo our software to potential clients, highlighting its features, benefits, and the value it adds.
* Coordinate with our technical team to maintain a comprehensive understanding of our platform, ensuring accurate representation to clients.
* Engage retailers to establish initial interest, then leverage this demand to attract manufacturers, creating a robust client network.
* Negotiate and close deals, playing a direct role in our growth strategy and market expansion.
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, with a strong preference for backgrounds in B2B sales, software, SAAS, ecommerce, digital marketing, web design, or related fields.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the energy, charisma, and enthusiasm necessary for effective sales engagement.
* Demonstrated ability to persuade and sell, with a track record of successful client acquisitions.
* Technical proficiency or the ability to quickly learn and understand software platforms, with an emphasis on digital marketing solutions.
* Relevant industry knowledge, with a keen understanding of digital marketing, ecommerce, or web design landscapes.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
* Self-motivated with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

* $10,000 annual guaranteed commission for satisfactory sales performance.
* Up to $55,000 additional commission for exceptional sales performance.
